When it comes to being musically inclined, D.C.’s a seasoned pro in the music business and has made a name for himself. From innovative and vanguard lyrics to impactful performances and styles, the music’s speaking for itself and people are listening. Don’t sleep on D.C. because the musician and entrepreneur might just have something up his sleeve that’s purely unexpected.
For the New Orleans hip hop label owner it all began with the release on his debut project titled Diamonds In The Rough. The result led D.C. to work with various artists helping complete demos for label consideration. After a hiatus he released a second project Dirty South Classic as half the group PDC in 2010. Now 6 years later the enterprising artist has released his highly anticipated debut album titled Grown Man Chronicles.
The album takes a look at a day in the life of D.C. as he collaborates with local artists and tackles everyday life subjects including but not limited to money struggles and relationships. Grown Man Chronicles includes singles “B.A.W.S.E.” and “Like We Do” featuring C.Perkins of The Voice (season 4) that have resonated with listeners. Now he’s in great position to find a home on the charts.
