When it comes to being musically inclined, Oregon’s Crisiz is not a new person in the recording business and has made a name for himself. From innovative and vanguard lyrics to overall performance and style, the music is speaking for itself. Don’t sleep on Crisiz because the musician and entrepreneur might just have something up their sleeve that is purely unexpected.
A hip hop artist for 15 years, the seasoned vet writes and raps about his life experiences and how we as people motivate ourselves to stay positive and look forward instead of getting stuck in the past. Crisiz has opened for various artists out of the SF Bay Area who have come up to Eugene; he’s been featured on Coast 2 Coast Mixtape Vol. 21 on “Rhymes” with D.J. Simy and Psyentific; and he has recorded numerous songs produced by D.J. Simy out of Portland Oregon.
Crisiz is going to bring all the local artists in Eugene and surrounding areas to perform at an end of summer event he’s putting together with his new producer. The intent’s to revitalize the hip hop and rap scene. In the long term he plans on releasing a full album either independently or with a label. Overall he wants to earn a living doing what he loves to do.
